About the event
The three week course will be held on Monday 6th May (Bank holiday), Monday 13th May and Monday 20th May.
The lesson will last one hour focusing on the key areas of:
-Flexibility
-Strength
-Balancing Skills
-Limbering Skills
-Tumbling Skills
