About the event
AcroDance at Bovingdon Dance Academy is extremely popular - it is taught by Acrobatic Arts certified teachers who coach students through safe progressions to achieve the core skills (cartwheesls, handstands, bridges, etc) and link these movements through dance. The class focuses on skills in 5 areas - Flexibility, Strength, Balance, Limbering and Tumbling. The class includes games and partnering which develops teamwork and encourages fun every week.
This term runs from Tuesday 14th January to 1st April inclusive - no classes on Tuesday 28th February for half term. This is 11 sessions.
