Finally, we are having an AcroDance Day on Sunday 23rd January at Boxmoor Primary School, Hemel Hempstead. We have organised some brilliant (but optional) workshops in the morning for both our parents and our pupils to attend. The afternoon will include a big rehearsal before our display where will be practisting our sequence of skills. At 2:30pm, our AcroDance display will start and we expect it to finish at 3:30pm after the awards.

If your child is not attening the workshops, then it is a case of dropping them to us for rehearsals at 1pm.

If you child is staying with us for the workshops through to the afternoon, please pack them a big lunch (no nuts or nut based products) as it will be an energetic day!

Pupils and Parents workshop - spend Sunday morning with your child/children learning some of the basic key skills of AcroDance. We will start the session with a thorough warm up and then work through some of the flexibility, strength and balance skills. After this we will play some popular Acro games and finish the session with some basic partnering work. Please note this is a fun session and your safety is our priority.

Partnering workshop for pupils - Partnering is a big favourite of our pupils! We will spend the hour working on partnering skills - please note for some of our pupils, we will focus on confidence and strength and for others, we will work on mastering more advanced skills.
