About the event
This workshop is aimed at our Advanced Acro Dancers (level 3 upwards) - A thorough warm up to preapre for the class, followed by a tough strength section and then into transitions between skills to develop the 'Dance' part of AcroDance, followed by advanced tumbling to progress with skills.
Session starts at 3pm and finishes at 5pm.
