About the event
A through warm up will be delivered to prepare our AcroDancers for the drills and progressions towards their Aerials. Both Nikki & Karen, will be motivating, supporting and spotting our dancers to achieve or improve their Aerials in this 90 minute session. This workshop is a must for any of our Advanced AcroDancers who are still wokrking towards their aerials.
