Karen's Advance Cartwheel club will be focused on improving technique of one-handed, flying and pop cartwheels, securing round offs with rebounds and starting the preparations towards aerials.

This workshop is aimed at BDA students who have strong two-handed cartwheels and want to progress with advanced cartwheels. 

Aimed at BDA students in Level 1+ Acro.
