AcroDance is very popular at BDA. Our students love to practise and progress their acro tricks.
 

This style is a beautiful fusion of strong dance technique
with acrobatic elements.

 

We follow the renowned Acrobatic Arts syllabus at BDA.
 

Our acrodancers in this age range are learning key
positions (cobra, superhero, straddle) and are working
towards their forward rolls, cartwheels and handstands.
 

Throughout BDA’s AcroDance classes there is a strong
emphasis on safe teaching practises, progression paths
and developing strong technique.

 

This is key to ensuring our pupils learn how to execute skills safely and with
confidence.

Classes are 30 mins.
