Adverse Weather Policy

The safety of our pupils, their parents and our teachers are of the up most importance to us and it may become necessary for us to cancel a class if the roads or car parks are unsafe in adverse weather conditions.

In this situation we will let you know via our Band app as soon as a decision has been made. Our social media streams will also notify our followers of a decision. We aim to keep this to at least 2 hours before the class begins.

For those who pay in advance, we will compensate any cancelled classes in the following half term through a reduced payment.
