The smile on a dancer’s face when they pop tap shoes on for the first time and start making noise with their feet is
incredible!

 

Tap is the most rhythmic of dance styles and improves co-ordination, timing and musicality.
 

BDA follows the ISTD syllabus.
 

For this age group, they are learning to tap in time with the
music with basic movements - stamps, toe-heels, heel toes,
gallops and skips.

 

They will progress to combine steps and
improve the clarity of the tap sound.

Classes are 30 mins.
